I had a very harsh encounter while being a good paying customer for at least two years I forgot to enter my new credit card and they came after me with letters and lawyers. Instead of 29 I have to pay 109.
I'm pissed off, to say the least, and their *** German lawyer has his answering machine on all the time with a funny English accent and his letter looks very much like a phishing email. It even states that my bank account will stay blocked until I pay.
Hahaha, good joke! I would advise not to use these sharks at all and stay with the very customer friendly Linkin.
